We are thrilled that our much-anticipated 2024 GCON Intern Program has kicked off! The program promises a wealth of learning opportunities and hands-on experience for the 10 bright young minds joining the program.

The 12-week immersive program includes formal and informal training, team-building exercises, and weekly lunch-and-learn sessions presented by each of the different business unit functions to ensure a well-rounded experience. During the lunch-and-learn sessions, topics covered include construction as a business and a career path, financial forecasting, marketing, operations, document control, and ethics.

Each year, we accept applicants from across the U.S. and have recruitment partnerships with multiple universities in Arizona, California, Oregon, and New Mexico. We begin accepting applicants in Fall and continue the search for top talent through early Spring. As the Summer continues, check back for updates on how our awesome interns are doing with their project teams and on their final presentations, as well as the fun that is being had in our many team builds.
