Project risk control is iterative and starts with identification, then assessing risk level and probability of occurrence. Risk level and probability classified as medium to high triggers mitigation and actionable plans to manage and control.

Our systems and processes are used together to measure and control time, cost, scope, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle. Our project controls keep the Project on track against the “baseline” and allow for cost predictability while meeting quality standards.

The schedule is the Client’s “map” for Project completion. Utilizing effective schedule methods, tools, and programs, GCON develops, updates, monitors, controls, and reports the Project critical path and milestone “performance vs. plan.”

The governing plan for all site coordination and organization, including hours of operation, labor management, security, material staging, laydown, construction trailer locations, construction parking, delivery traffic, and personnel routing.

The critical and final step is the smooth transfer of the Project from GCON to the Client for occupancy and intended use which includes project completion, commissioning, and closeout documentation.
