This project was a multi-layered tenant improvement for the Arizona Coyotes! It consisted of the renovation of their Level 1 Training Annex and interior common areas, a beautiful new team lounge, video room, open rehab. locker and shower rooms. Opening just in time for the 2022-23 NHL Season!
