GCON completed the renovation of the existing Star Tech building for Paradise Valley Unified School District. The building is home to the school’s CTE programs. The project started with the demolition and renovation of an existing automotive shop into a new welding/metals class bringing in the necessary air requirements for the welding equipment. This new classroom included an open ceiling concept with all-new LED light fixtures and millwork, polished floors, new roll-up doors, and paint.  Three gang restrooms were renovated with new wall tile, polished floors, fixtures, sinks, and restroom accessories. The entire second floor was renovated to meet the requirements for their new CTE program, which includes an additional classroom, photo labs, a fashion design studio, an art class, and engineering classrooms.
