Becoming a TRADE PARTNER
GCON is always looking for new Trade Partners/Vendors to further expand our network of reliable and high performing trades. We regularly pre-qualify new Trade Partners/Vendors and annually renew those that have performed optimally while maintaining the prequalification requirements.
GCON’s Prequalification Process
In addition to completing the online pre-qualification questionnaire, please be prepared to submit the following documentation. At least one document must be attached in order to submit the questionnaire. All additional documentation can be submitted at the same time or can be e-mailed to email@example.com.
Insurance certificate with all required coverages and endorsements
OSHA 300A forms and 300 logs (employee names redacted) for the past 3 years
EMR verification for the past 3 years (NCCI worksheet or equivalent)
Surety letter stating single project and aggregate bonding capacities, dated within the past three months (if bondable)
Audited or reviewed financial statements from your last three fiscal years
Dust control permit (if working in Maricopa County)
Combined Reporting System (CRS) number (if working in New Mexico)

This questionnaire should take 20-30 minutes to complete and you will need your Federal Tax ID number to begin.
