TIFFANY FISHER

VICE PRESIDENT

Tiffany Fisher is a seasoned construction professional, with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. As the current vice president with GCON, Tiffany oversees the strategic growth of the company’s public works and education departments. Her career began right after high school when she joined an Arizona-based developer, delivering plans and drawings to those on site and supporting day-to-day operations of projects. Tiffany then joined an international general contractor as a project coordinator working alongside project managers on a variety of unique projects including a series of golf courses across the country. Her career path has included roles like project engineer, senior project manager, director of operations and working on landmark projects like the Indian Steele Park renovation in Central Phoenix. 

In 2010, she joined a national general contractor where she specialized in JOC work. Tiffany became certified in JOC while building the company’s JOC department, leading its business development efforts across Arizona municipalities and school districts. In 2014, Tiffany joined GCON to expand its market diversity, particularly in K-12 and public works. Over her ten years with the company, she has grown these departments with her varied, tenured experience in and out of the field. She drives business development initiatives that focus on augmenting GCON’s project portfolios, prioritizing client care and team growth. Tiffany’s ability to create and implement strategy and vision paired with her strengths in project planning and execution continue to bring assurance to GCON’s clients and position the company as a trusted partner in the region. In 2022, Tiffany was named one of The Top 50 Women Leaders of Arizona by Women We Admire.
