BRIAN WHITE
DIRECTOR OF HIGH-TECH: MISSION CRITICAL
Brian leads GCON’s mission critical program nationwide. His tenure in the technology industry paired with his nearly 30-year career in the construction industry brings an experienced and skilled level of understanding to GCON’s mission critical business unit.
With a degree in architecture from Arizona State University, Brian started his construction career in the field as a tradesperson and in 1995, he transitioned to a general contractor headquartered in the Pacific Northwest to support construction of Intel’s new greenfield campus and high-volume manufacturing facility in Chandler, AZ. In 2000, Brian joined Intel in Hillsboro, OR, leading multiple new facility builds, expansions and, facility conversions ranging from $90M to $600M, as well as leading the design and construction of Intel’s technology manufacturing campus in Dalian, China. After Intel, Brian took on the role of Project Director for a construction manager to lead complex critical environment projects ranging from $100M to $500M in Massachusetts and New York. In 2014, Brian joined an Indiana-based engineering and construction firm as chief operating officer, leading the company in the development of operational processes, revenue growth, and building diverse teams to execute industrial projects nationwide.
In 2023, he joined GCON, bringing his critical environment expertise, construction knowledge, and owner’s perspective to the company’s mission critical program. Brian’s ability to bridge communication and drive productive collaboration across trade partners, project teams, and clients provides for the safe delivery and timely completion of projects from concept through handover.
