LISA REYNOLDS

Lisa Reynolds focuses on building and implementing structure and processes that are key to GCON’s delivery of services as the company continues to grow. Specializing in business transformations, Lisa brings vision and meticulous execution to her work, identifying and strengthening GCON’s internal and external efficiencies.

With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s in business administration, both from the University of California, Irvine, Lisa applied her education to the field of construction. Her experience in the technology sector began at Intel when she joined as the construction external engagement manager. She contributed to shaping the development of project strategies working alongside company stakeholders. Her tenure at Intel included various positions that formed her expertise in business transformation, consulting and strategic communications, leading her to obtain a certificate in data strategy from UC Berkely as well as completing Intel’s Accelerated Leadership Program to earn the Authentic Leadership Presence Influencer badge.

Officially joining GCON in 2023, Lisa focuses on organization, technology, and culture alignment with the company’s goals and vision. Driven by her passion for construction and positioning companies to provide quality and excellent building, her initiatives within GCON encourage growth, identify efficiencies and unlock new opportunities for GCON to not only expand, but ensure consistency and reliability for clients and employees.
