GCON is currently constructing two new ground-up medical buildings on 2.76 acres in central Phoenix. The buildings include a reception and waiting area, clinical space, exam rooms, physicians’ offices, nurses’ stations, a staff lounge, pre-op, five surgical suites, and PACU. The pre-op, surgical suites, and PACU is being completed with the installation of med gas lines. The second building is a shell only as a buildout dialysis center that will be turned over to Fresenius Medical Care after completion.
