Located in Westgate, GCON completed the medical office build-out with exam rooms, physicians’ offices, a waiting room, a medical assistant’s station, and a staff lounge. For the surgical center, we completed two OR surgical suites with pre and post-op area, sterile corridors, and mechanical systems with automated building controls for OR suites. The project also included the cooling tower system with the environmental controls to monitor the required air changes per hour as well temperature and humidity controls.
