GCON is proud of our 10-year history with Arizona Charter Academy. As their campus has grown, we have been a partner in helping them succeed. We continually perform work on their occupied campus through both renovations and building additions. Through the years, we have continued to perform major and minor construction projects as their “go-to” partner. Four major campus expansion and renovation phases GCON has completed include:

• Phase 1: Addition of two new classrooms, a multi-purpose/lunchroom, gymnasium, and a teacher’s lounge within their elementary campus.
• Phase 2: A 26,000 SQ FT, two-story high school addition that held multiple classrooms, science labs, a dance studio, a library, a recording studio, conference rooms, and offices.
• Phase 3: Demolition and renovation of 9,500 SQ FT of their existing facility to accommodate nine classrooms, an additional library, and a 700 SQ FT server room that serves as the campus network hub.
• Phase 4: GCON added a 12,000 SQ FT, two-story building that holds 12 classrooms, multi-stall boys’ and girls’ restrooms, a storage room, an IT room, offices, an elevator, and exterior stairwells. The exterior improvements were extensive requiring underground retention tanks to mitigate existing surface retention on playgrounds and athletic fields.
