GCON completed the full renovation of Barrett Jackson’s office space at the Scottsdale Airpark. Keeping in the spirit of Barrett-Jackson’s color, red was a common theme throughout the space. Renovations were completed on the first floor, second floor, and rooftop deck. The first floor was a combination of new staff offices, a full-service break room, a mid-size conference room, a media and advertising studio, a welcoming front lobby, and a high-end repair shop with glass-like epoxy flooring and large overhead doors. A beautiful open metal staircase led to the second floor, where we brought in all new executive-style offices and restrooms and a large conference room that held a one-of-a-kind conference table built around a full-size Porsche. State-of-the-art technology was used throughout the space, along with unique furnishings built from automotive parts and large wall murals of automobiles auctioned over the years. With the office sitting directly off the Scottsdale Airport runway, it was only fitting that it be finished with a full 590 SF rooftop party deck. A platform was directly on top of the existing roof to support a large bar and inviting furnishings for evening entertainment and views of the Scottsdale area, neighboring mountains, and the tarmac activities.
