This Design-Build project celebrated its Grand-Opening only 20 weeks after the groundbreaking. Under what most would consider an impossible timeline to design and construct, the collaboration between GCON and DLR Group provided the Bayer Private School students and faculty with an on-time start for the school year.

This beautiful two-story, 20,000 SQ FT school consists of eight regular and two specialty classrooms, administration offices, and support spaces. The project was constructed with high-end residential features to fit into the surrounding community incorporating Santa Barbara architectural features. The school can serve up to 440 students from Pre-K through 8th grade.
