The project is a design-build renovation in an existing space totaling 8,000 SQ FT data lab with an additional 7,000 SQ FT of High Inventory Storage Space and electrical and mechanical rooms. The project included 4.5 MW of power, 48 modular racks, four CDU’s, 1,100 lineal feet of supply and return 16” chiller piping from NEC for the main loop to two Heat exchangers in Fab 7, 16” secondary chilled water loop with two pumps, and a new roof.  

This design is for liquid cooled servers, but the modular racks will also have air cooled fan coils. A new 5,000 amp double ended switchgear was installed to support the space. Additionally, four new 800 amp panels from an existing SES will support all mechanical systems.
