Cutter Aviation needed a new fixed based operator (FBO) facility developed on the Deer Valley Airpark land to create a best-in-class center for their operations. The work included horizontal improvements, tenant build outs, and ground up hangar structures. The project included one ground up structure with three (3) best in class airplane hangar bays, and one aircraft apron improvement project in addition to building out the high technology operations center for Cutter Aviation.

The project was awarded the 2024 Best of NAIOP Industrial Build-to-Suit Project of the Year Less than 500,000 SQ FT.
