The Empower College Preparatory Campus is located off of the I-17 and Colter. This campus houses the Charter schools K–12 programs. Work included a two-story, 20,000 square foot, ground-up building that will house the campus’ preschool program. The new structure was constructed on an occupied campus and required significant coordination with campus operations as we were immediately adjacent to the campus fire lane and pick up and drop off lines.
