GCON completed the 22,000-square-foot renovation of a classroom and office building originally constructed in 1938 at the heart of the Phoenix College Campus. The work included the reconstruction of all interior finishes, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. The building required a new air handling unit with new Variable Air Volume (VAV)  Systems.
