GCON was engaged to complete the high-end clothing boutique for Prada located in Scottsdale’s Fashion Square. A challenge for the project was that all the fixtures, millwork, stands, high-end marble and paint for the finished space were all imported from Italy. With an aggressive schedule to transform the gray shell into a fully operable retail store in four months, we also coordinated with a special crew from Italy to complete the installations. The project was completed and the store opened on time.
