For the Prescott Valley Library Roof Replacement, GCON removed the existing metal and membrane roof system, including over boards. We installed new cover boards and fully adhered the membrane roof system complete with flashing. GCON provided an alternative to the building’s copper fascia design that gave the building a very similar appearance but provided a substantial cost.
