GCON completed the 9,000 square foot renovation of the third floor of the Rio Salado Tower for office and administration space. The work included the reconstruction of all interior finishes, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. The project also included new HVAC equipment throughout the floor tied which had to be tied into the existing building systems.
