GCON is completing a 3-phase 10,000 SQ FT dining, grill, coffee shop, convenience stand, wine room, and bar renovation for the upscale retirement community located in Sun City, AZ. Working closely with the Royal Oaks Facilities Management team has allowed GCON to proactively identify and correct many deficiencies from an infrastructure standpoint. Additionally, the location of the renovations is adjacent to occupied spaces, therefore special considerations and coordination was needed to establish secure barriers to separate work zones from active areas. This collaboration has bolstered a strong relationship between GCON and Royal Oaks.
