GCON is providing Construction Manager (Owner’s Rep) services to San Carlos Apache Healthcare (SCAHC) during the construction of a 46,150 Sq ft Warehouse/Admin Support Building located in Peridot, AZ. SCAHC selected Mortenson to be their General Contractor along with Cuningham Group to provide design services.

The CM services consist of providing a communication link between the contractor and SCAHC Administration. GCON’s responsibilities include monitoring schedule, pay applications, overall project review, and adherence to site safety.
