GCON completed the interior build-out for this 9,130 SQ FT comprehensive, outpatient surgical eye care center, which handles a variety of operations, including cataract, retina, and cornea procedures. The project included an additional A/C unit added to the new A/C curb, which was a fully screened curb installed as part of the shell. Additional updates included new flooring, walls, doors, restrooms, and M/E/P. The new space’s main features include a reception and waiting area, four state-of-the-art Class B operating theatres, six pre-operative beds, and nine post-operative beds.
