This multi-phased, Design-Build project included adding new classrooms and a full state-of-the-art multipurpose room. The project began with the demolition and remodeling of interior partitions, a multipurpose room, and three classrooms, and the second-floor kindergarten lab was updated and refreshed. During the next phase, exterior safety improvements were made, which included repairs to the courtyard paver and sidewalks throughout the campus. Security fence and gates were installed at the transformer enclosure along with two sets of exterior doors to enclose the courtyard. Three modular buildings were added to support four new classrooms and multi-stall boys’ and girls’ restrooms. Lastly, we constructed a new two-story classroom building that sits just west of their original building. This building houses 20 classrooms, a gym with a performance area, a warming kitchen, a cafeteria, three special-use rooms, student collaboration spaces, and multi-stall boys’ and girls’ restrooms.
