This pedestrian-friendly retail center dubbed The Plant that is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market and features a mixture of retail and restaurant tenants. The Plant has attractive pathways highlighted by seat walls, unique planting, and shade trees. The surrounding shops are farmhouse inspired featuring chevron roofs and open-air arcades along the fronts with wood, brick, and metal accents. In addition to building the overall shopping center, GCON completed the build out for Sprouts Farmers Market.
