On February 1, 2022, the Gainey Ranch Community Association and GCON Inc. opened the doors to a newly renovated estate club. The day was celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony including team members of both GCON and Gainey Ranch in attendance. The white ribbon was cut as everyone in attendance cheered for the long-awaited community center that will enhance both the lifestyle and attractiveness of the community they share. 

After meeting with Gainey Ranch leaders and multiple architects in 2019, GCON began the process of the renovation and plans were set into motion. Renovations for the new estate club included all new doors, walls, additional parking, bathrooms, top notch landscaping and more. Leading the project, Tiffany Fisher and Kendra Anderson worked closely with executives of Gainey Ranch to fulfill their dreams.

By following GCON’s mission, values and vision we were able to give the Gainey Ranch Community Association an edge against their competitors. After two years of planning and hard work, it was a very exciting day for both parties to say the least. Thank you to all who had a hand in getting another happy customer in the books.
