The first week of March 2022, GCON Inc. celebrated National Women in Construction Week. Did you know that as of 2022 only 14% of people in the construction industry are women? While it may be a male dominated field, GCON just doesn’t see it that way. In 2021 GCON was named #1 ‘Best Place to Work for Women’ by Best Companies AZ. 

Without the women of our company such as executives like Tiffany Fisher, Executive Vice President who was just awarded one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Arizona, we would not be nearly as successful. Having strong role models such as Tiffany propels our female staff to work harder and make bigger strides. 

We celebrated our team by kicking the week off with coffee and breakfast ordered into the office. After the lady’s quick office brunch, they were swept away for a tour of our very own site at Town Deer Valley.
