GCON and Lease Crutcher Lewis Major Milestone for 72 MW Data Center in West Valley

The joint venture of GCON and Seattle-based general contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis set the first precast panels for an upcoming 72-megawatt datacenter in Waddell, Arizona.

The GCON-Lewis team is building the two-story, 445,000-square-foot data center. In addition to the precast concrete structure, the buildout will include site work and underground utilities, administrative spaces and loading docks.
